"I had to bring in my ’07 Skidoo 600 for repair last season and the service department was great! When I arrived the cute mechanic helped me unload the sled and moved it into the back. They called me the next day when it was ready; I guess my Y-Pipe bolts had come loose. It turns out that the cute mechanic is a skidoo certified master technician which makes me feel even more confident about bringing my sled to a local dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so nice. I am glade to have such a great shop so close to home.

"When I first moved back to Truckee from San Diego I thought about moving back ASAP- the winters are bleak, the nightlife is mundane and the dating scene is almost non-existent. One trip into Thin Air cahnged my whole outlook on my current situation. I went into the shop to pick up a new tube for my Dad's motorcycle and it was like a whole new world! This place is like the La Jolla of Truckee- cool clothes to shop for, an awesome video playing on the big screen, and hot guys everywhere! (I got lost in the service manager's beautiful blue eyes) I just got my first dirt bike, a Honda CRF and I love it! I will be into Thin Air from now on for all my parts, services, and of course the eye candy- Yum!"

"Thin Air, What can I say... every Time I go there all the employee's are talking about their most recent riding adventure, or how they are all going to Supercross, or the Go-Kart track after working together all day. This vibe creates a relaxed and fun environment, as the staff seems to understand that a customer has come there for fun, and even if "Bones" (the greatest parts counter guy on the planet), is busy helping 5 people lined up at the counter, and both parts phone are ringing, he will always try to throw me a wave or smile. Thanks for all the memories, and I can't wait to get out from behind this computer, and back out riding, hoping I can find a reason to go visit the crew at Thin Air as soon as possible."

"I cannot stress enough on how great the entire shop was in helping me purchase my first sled. Not only did they hook me up with a Jacket in which they had to special order, and all the gear I needed to get going... but Jared stood outside in the rain with me and went over every small detail I needed to know about my sled, before sending me on my way. I love my new RMK 700, and without these guys it wouldnt of happened. I will always send all my business and referals up to truckee now."

"the guys at thin air have gone above and beyond expectations on my sled. they hooked up a few custom things at no charge because of the clutching problems my 07 800r has had. my new sled still dosent run right, but they keep making good efforts to fix the ski-doo/BRP F up. ski-doo really F'ed up on the 07 clutch and thin air has tried every possible fix and more to make me happy. at no charge. keep it up guys."

"" I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Andrew in the parts dept. I called all over the US looking for a part that was on back order from Ski-Doo for 2 months. Not only did they have it in stock, Andrew new excactly what I needed w/ part numbers in a matter of seconds. He had it overnighted and I was on the mountain the next day. When I'm in their area next, I will make sure to stop in and say "Thanks" . As far as ALL other purchases, "Thin Air Motorsports" will be my first call. Thanks again!!

"I was visiting from the bay area on a dirt biking trip. On the very first ride my brakes went out "BAD NEWS". I raced down to the nearest shop and thats when I ran into THIN AIR. Jay the owner and "BOOMBOOM" an employee were awesome, shop closed at 5p.m. and I showed up at 4:45. Jay worked on my bike until 8:30 to get me back on the road again, even though he had a pregnant wife at home ready to deliver anyday. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very professional, great conversation, dam just a great guy!!! I'm sure I could go on forever but I won't. That is how much I was impressed with THIN AIR MOTORSPORTS.
OH YEAH! THE STABALIZER IS THE BOMB, GOOD LOOK'N OUT.
